The Nirvana Network is the only holistic network group in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area that integrates a combination of Western and Eastern philosophies. It is a trusted group of carefully vetted wellness professionals dedicated to its mission: To create a collaborative wellness network to enhance access to comprehensive care and a full spectrum of wellness modalities, supporting individuals at every stage of their healing journey.
This network coincides with the R.E.COVERY | curated healing belief that there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to feeling our most radiant self. Becca Edwards
Owner of R.E.COVERY | curated healing, Becca's mission is to make a substantial and positive impact on wellness in our area by continuously learning from and supporting Nirvana Network members and connecting you to the Network's services. Becca has extensive background in researching, writing and speaking about women's wellness and comprehensive training across a wide range of wellness disciplines.
Alyssa Petro
Co-owner of The Yoga & Pilates Co-Op, Alyssa offers private reformer Pilates and her signature Barre as YOU Are class, as well as dance classes and art therapy.

Amy Spadafora
Amy Spadafora | Harmonic Infusions is a naturopathic wellness consultant. Amy practices as a sound healer, herbalist, iridologist, and flower essence practitioner.

Candace Blair
Candace is the owner of Soul Fire Social and practices Kundalini yoga. Candace offers classes, workshops, cacao ceremonies and sound baths. She facilitates global retreats and is the lead coach for Alchemy of Becoming, a methodology to raise consciousness.

Charlotte Hartwick
Charlotte is the owner of Flow & Nourish, which combines her yoga background with her holistic nutrition knowledge. A published author, she teaches both classes and workshops and leads retreats.

Karen Verechia
Co-owner of The Yoga & Pilates Co-Op, Karen offers Thai Yoga massage, as well as teaches private and group Pilates and yoga. She also owns Hilton Head Beach Yoga.

Katie Knowles
Katie is the owner and creator of Local Kollective, which unites movement and community. Katie has an extensive background in the fitness industry and teaches cycling and dance.

Dr. Kelley LeBlanc
Dr. Kelley of Kelley Chiropractic provides gentle activator instrument chiropractic care, applied kinesiology, soft tissue therapy, yoga exercise therapy, nutritional counseling, and Reiki energy work. Her approach is holistic, thorough and caring.

Leslie Slemmons
Leslie is the CEO and Founder of Peace by Piece. Leslie specializes in internal family systems, somatic therapy, yoga for trauma and anxiety, addictions/recovery, women’s Issues, and eating disorders.

Linday Ford
A Registered Dietician, Lindsay's counseling service Permission to Eat offers a non-diet approach to living well. Lindsay specializes in helping teens and adults struggling with disordered eating and offers both workshops and one-on-one sessions.
Lisa Kasmir
Owner of Hilton Head Massage and Yoga, Lisa combines her knowledge of mindful movement and the body to help her clients. She is also an avid surfer and trained in raw food preparation with Viktoras Kulvinskas.

Susan Hackett

Whitney owns Waterways Acupuncture. She is an acupuncture physician who specializes in Classical Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Sheila Tucker
Sheila is the CEO and founder of Heart Mind & Soul Counseling. She specializes in anxiety, helping individuals recover from narcissistic or antagonistic relationships, and supports couples with communication issues. Sheila also writes a monthly column for CH2/CB2 Magazine.

Teri Wellbrock
Teri is a top international podcaster, #1 best-selling author, speaker, audiobook producer and narrator who specializes in dealing with trauma. Through her work, Teri explores all the facets of healing and is an great resource for those of us trying to re-connect all the fragmented pieces of our lives.

Kathy Odom
Kathy is currently pursuing her certification in Eden Energy Medicine. She uses this modality as well as Reiki to facilitate healing in others.

Tiger Bye
Tiger is a breath trainer, yoga instructor, and co-owner of Better Yoga, a digital studio where expert instruction in yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda helps the body-mind flourish. Leslie St. Amant
Leslie St. Amant is an ACSM/ACS CET; ACSM CPT, Livestrong Trainer/Director and certified Cancer Exercise Specialist with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Cancer Center, as well as a pilates instructor, running coach, HIIT trainer and a grief counselor with several years of experience in the exercise oncology field. Leslie has over two decades of experience helping people optimize their health and wellness through the mind-body connection. Her primary goal is to improve the lives of those living with cancer and chronic disease.

Wendy Methvin
Wendy Methvin is a Hilton Head Island–based yoga instructor and wellness practitioner with over a decade of teaching experience and advanced training. With a grounded and intuitive approach, Wendy creates space for both physical and mental well-being.
In addition to her private practice, Wendy brings experience in the mental wellness space as the former Executive Director of Empowering Youth SC, supporting individuals and families in navigating stress and building resilience.
