Co-owner of The Yoga & Pilates Co-Op, Alyssa offers private reformer Pilates and her signature Barre as YOU Are class, as well as dance classes and art therapy.

Amy Spadafora | Harmonic Infusions is a naturopathic wellness consultant. Amy practices as a sound healer, herbalist, iridologist, and flower essence practitioner.

Candace is the owner of Soul Fire Social and practices Kundalini yoga. Candace offers classes, workshops, cacao ceremonies and sound baths. She facilitates global retreats and is the lead coach for Alchemy of Becoming, a methodology to raise consciousness.

Charlotte is the owner of Flow & Nourish, which combines her yoga background with her holistic nutrition knowledge. A published author, she teaches both classes and workshops and leads retreats.

Jen teaches an array of classes, as well as workshops on such topics as hormone balancing. Jen also leads international yoga retreats.

Co-owner of The Yoga & Pilates Co-Op, Karen offers Thai Yoga massage, as well as teaches private and group Pilates and yoga. She also owns Hilton Head Beach Yoga.

Katie is a Level 2 CrossFit coach and has an extensive background in physical therapy, as well as nutrition and personal training. Katie specializes in effective and safe weight training for all ages and stages.

Katie is the owner and creator of Local Kollective, which unites movement and community. Katie has an extensive background in the fitness industry and teaches cycling and dance.

Dr. Kelley of Kelley Chiropractic provides gentle activator instrument chiropractic care, applied kinesiology, soft tissue therapy, yoga exercise therapy, nutritional counseling, and Reiki energy work. Her approach is holistic, thorough and caring.

Leslie is the CEO and Founder of Peace by Piece. Leslie specializes in internal family systems, somatic therapy, yoga for trauma and anxiety, addictions/recovery, women’s Issues, and eating disorders.

A Registered Dietician, Lindsay's counseling service Permission to Eat offers a non-diet approach to living well. Lindsay specializes in helping teens and adults struggling with disordered eating and offers both workshops and one-on-one sessions.

Owner of Hilton Head Massage and Yoga, Lisa combines her knowledge of mindful movement and the body to help her clients. She is also an avid surfer and trained in raw food preparation with Viktoras Kulvinskas.

Susan is a registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing. Using cranio-sacral therapy, she treats a broad spectrum of conditions such as migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic neck and back pain, scoliosis, post traumatic stress syndrome, ADD/ADHD and TMJ.

Sydney specializes in beach yoga and yoga nidra and enjoys blending breath, creative flow, presence, and self-discovery in every class.

Whitney owns Waterways Acupuncture. She is an acupuncture physician who specializes in Classical Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Sheila is the CEO and founder of Heart Mind & Soul Counseling. She specializes in anxiety, helping individuals recover from narcissistic or antagonistic relationships, and supports couples with communication issues. Sheila also writes a monthly column for CH2/CB2 Magazine. 

Teri is a top international podcaster, #1 best-selling author, speaker, audiobook producer and narrator who specializes in dealing with trauma. Through her work, Teri explores all the facets of healing and is an great resource for those of us trying to re-connect all the fragmented pieces of our lives.

Kathy is currently pursuing her certification in Eden Energy Medicine. She uses this modality as well as Reiki to facilitate healing in others.

Tiger is a breath trainer, yoga instructor, and co-owner of Better Yoga, a digital studio where expert instruction in yoga, breathwork, and Ayurveda helps the body-mind flourish. Tiger works with athletes, musicians, mental health professionals, yoga teachers, and health-seekers of all kinds to optimize breathing for greater well-being and performance. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: better breathing is public health.

Jess Hooper is a creative embodiment coach and founder of Creative Current, where slowing down and showing up to your inner world is a sacred practice. With roots in Studio Arts and over two decades of embodied practice, Jess brings reverence, humor, and realness to her IFS-informed, grief-aware work. Her spaces welcome all your parts, especially the quiet ones. This isn’t about fixing or performing.

Louise is the owner of Glow Pilates and has a passion for group classes. She believes small groups not only give you a great workout at a reasonable price but they allow you to find a community of like minded friends.

For 22 years, Kaitlen has been teaching Yoga and Pilates. She leads wellness retreats and workshops and offers an in-depth understanding of body mechanics, injury prevention and injury healing. She is also a pioneer in facial fitness.

Shannon is a a licensed massage and bodywork therapist who specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Reiki and Yoga Nidra. She offers skilled, heart-centered support for your body, mind and spirit.

Courtney is the founder of Alora Aesthetics, where skincare is approached as self-care and restoration. A licensed aesthetician, she specializes in skin health, longevity, anti-aging, and results-driven treatments within a calm, intentional environment. She excels at creating a long-term skincare plan that is customized to each client.

Laura Shofroth is the founder of The Miracle of You – Mind-Body-Spirit Medicine, a holistic health and consciousness practice devoted to helping people heal from the inside out. Through her private consulting, immersive classes, and digital programs, Laura teaches:

Leslie St. Amant is an ACSM/ACS CET; ACSM CPT, Livestrong Trainer/Director and certified Cancer Exercise Specialist with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/Harvard Cancer Center, as well as a pilates instructor, running coach, HIIT trainer and a grief counselor with several years of experience in the exercise oncology field. Leslie has over two decades of experience helping people optimize their health and wellness through the mind-body connection. Her primary goal is to improve the lives of those living with cancer and chronic disease.

Wendy Methvin is a Hilton Head Island–based yoga instructor and wellness practitioner with over a decade of teaching experience and advanced training. With a grounded and intuitive approach, Wendy creates space for both physical and mental well-being.

In addition to her private practice, Wendy brings experience in the mental wellness space as the former Executive Director of Empowering Youth SC, supporting individuals and families in navigating stress and building resilience.

She offers private sessions, small group experiences, and thoughtfully curated retreats designed to support overall well-being.

Ann De Corte is a Hilton Head-based wellness practitioner and creator of custom natural products under the brand Time4SelfLove. Ann is a Certified Aromatherapist and Reiki Master. In addition to her product line, she facilitates specialized workshops that guide participants through the art of aromatherapy and intentional self-care, empowering them to cultivate meaningful wellness rituals.

Meghan Campbell, MS, PA-C, is a dermatologist at Georgia Skin and Cancer (Hilton Head location). She specializes in skin cancers, hair loss, nail disorders, and dermatologic manifestations of internal diseases and has completed numerous training courses in aesthetics. She especially enjoys making patients feel confident at any stage in their life through a full face and skincare consultation and she specializes in Botox and the Juvederm line of hyaluronic acid fillers.
